1954

Centre Plumbing & Heating was founded by licensed master plumbers.

1958

Ocean Electric Co was founded by licensed master electricians.

1964

We started servicing the needs of electrical customers in New York City's five boroughs.

1978

We relocated to our new home in the village of Freeport, New York. During this time, we also branched out into air conditioning.

1981

A&I Mechanical Service Inc was officially founded when Centre Plumbing & Heating and Ocean Electric merged. Now, we have become a full-service mechanical contractor, able to service any commercial, industrial, and residential customer, no matter how big or how small.

1989

We expanded to backflow sales, servicing, and installations.

Today

We are now a one-stop mechanical service company, servicing all the needs of our customers, including electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and dehumidification and humidification. We are now a fourth-generation company that's been in business for over a half-century. We've turned "One Call Does It All" into "A Family Affair!"
